Worried 😟

Guys help me plz

I’m a bit worried and i was even crying bcus i had 2 m/c back to back

My last period was Sep 6-11

Found out i was pregnant

Did my U/S today and its showing 5-6 wks but the doc is a bit unsure and asking if i have symptoms which i have even though my below my belly is a bit tender and my stomach normally hurts a bit when I’m hungry

I’m also sick and very stuff

But the doc is saying that it should be showing 8 wks but he is only seeing a sac

He wants me to do a follow up ultrasound by next week Saturday

This happened to any of you guys and you were ok?
