Does it look like my baby dropped?

I’m almost 38 weeks and the other day I literally felt this lil man wiggle his way further down (weirdest feeling) my OBGYN said I was already carrying low (but before this happened) so did what I feel was him dropping or what? I go in a few days to see if I’m going to get induced or not....

I’m a first time mom so please no hate!

Also I’ve been having an upset stomach (loose stool) and a headache for a while...what you feel like 37 weeks??
