I personally haven't taken it, but if you are actively trying to conceive I would recommend avoiding alcohol all together.... usually you won't know you are pregnant until at least 4-5 weeks and that would put your baby at risk for fetal alcohol syndrome. I would say even the smallest risk isn't worth it ♥️
