Am I pregnant?

When you got pregnant did you experience cramps like you were about to get your period? But never got your period? I’ve had cramps for the past 2 weeks. I got really nauseous like 4 days ago randomly in the middle of the day. It lasted for like 40 minutes then went away. How long did the cramps last and what kind of cramps were they. I haven’t spotted or anything. I’ve had cramps probably 2 weeks. What feels like bloating and looks like bloating. I was really nauseous one day in the middle of the day for like 40 minutes. Back pain. Tiredness. But all those just feel like regular period signs. I should be getting my period tomorrow. That’s what my tracker says. Noticed while about to be sexual with my boyfriend my nipples were really sore. That’s really all. Well my boobs aren’t really sensitive I don’t think, I mean the most I’ve noticed were my nipple and It felt like he bite me when he said he only “sucked” on it gently. And I know that’s tmi lmao. But it just hurt because they were sensitive. I have tenderness to the touch like right now. It just feels like period cramps. But like it feels like it would if I was bleeding but there isn’t any blood. Like these cramps feel like I should be heavy bleeding right now. And I’m not. Also one more thing. I keep thinking I’m bleeding. But then when I check it’s thick white DC. Is that a sign. It feels like I’m bleeding and I look at it, and it’s just white DC but it’s like big amounts sometimes. Like I said the other day, oh I just got my period. went to the bathroom to go check and it was just discharge
