IBS pregnancies

Hey guys,

I just recently found out I’m pregnant only early and I’ve been doing pretty well with my IBS but this morning something was wrong. I felt a sharpe pain close to my belly button when I tried to push, well the rest of it and instead of it coming out, it caused me that type pain again so I stopped. I’m a little worried I might of done something!!! I can’t call my GP (Local dr) and my mind is racing! Has any one had this type of pain before I’m only 5 weeks and I have been constipated the entire time, sometimes I do need to push but today was a little worrying.
