Did you start off labor with light contractions then they progressed?

I had precipitous labour. Went from 0 to 100 in pain immediately. 1 min contractions 2 mins apart. Barely made it to the hospital. Makes me worried with my twins this time

I had period like pains for about 12 hours, I assumed BH. They very suddenly got super intense in the middle of the night and 12 hours later my son was born. I am still not sure if it was BH or slow labour in the beginning though.
