11 weeks and just now starting morning sickness 🤢

For the past two weeks i just been nauseas and not haven’t been able to eat right and i just been so sad and down about it and just today i threw up for the first time and had the worst cramping after and not sure why it’s just starting now but i hope it goes away soon cus i can’t imagine being like this any longer 😭...this is my second pregnancy btw and with my first one my morning sickness was worse but this time it’s like i can’t even nothing and have to force food down and fruits do not help or ginger ale that much
