Confused

So I met this guy on bumble we talked for a few days, and he was looking for something casual. I’m really not fussed what it becomes, something casual or something more I don’t really care. This is the first casual fling I’ve had so I want to try it out plus I’m horny😂😂

Anyway I met him the other day, and we literally had a study date😂 we messaged that night and he asked me what I was keen for and I just said I don’t know whatever comes out of it. He then asked me what should we do? And I was like as in? And he was like just sex or hang out more, dinner drinks” I said to him I don’t mind whatever he wants

But now I’m confused, I thought something casual was literally just sex. He said he wanted something casual and I didn’t really care what it became. But to me it sounds like dates and sex. I mean I’m opened to catching feelings because his hot and a nice person but I’m not entirely sure what something casual means now.
