Should I react to a troll?

I announced 2nd baby’s gender yesterday on social media. We will now have 2 daughters. Of course, my husband wanted a boy but we’re both grateful for any gender after suffering from 3 back-to-back miscarriages. I’m aware by posting online, we’re subject to internet trolls and I usually don’t respond because it’s not worth my attention but this specific troll is a family member’s wife and it’s tugging on me a little bit. I’ve posted the screen shot here, and was wondering if it’s worth me putting on petty hat on and asking her “what’s so funny?” She’s notorious for posting snarky-sarcastic-offensive responses but this one I feel like is not necessary.
