Almost 13 weeks and bleeding...

I turn 13 weeks in 2 days, this morning me and my other half had sex but about an hour later I went to the toilet and there was bright red blood in my underwear. It went away after I wiped a few times but every time I’ve gone for a wee since I’m still spotting - it’s really light now and a really light pink. I’ve not had any cramping and I generally feel okay but I’m worried as I’m still spotting.

I spoke to the out of hours surgery who said as the bleeding was calming down and I have a scan on Tuesday they saw no need for me to go in.

Has anyone else experienced this and it’s been okay?
