Two Vessel Cord

I had my 20 week scan, and unfortunately we found out the cord only has two vessels. I didn’t think much of it, because my doctor wasn’t concerned and only said I should do a second scan at 32 weeks. The more I read now though I see a lot of times a fetal echo is recommended. Is anyone else going through this?
