Sickness early pregnancy?

Anyone ever felt sick then found out you were pregnant? I’ve heard you can have runny/stuffy nose, sore throat etc from post nasal drip in early pregnancy but wondering how Often that really happens to people, because I’m definitely feeling crappy but I could also just be normal sick! Lol I’d love to hear your stories for fun! My period is supposed to start today but nothing yet. I had some tiny pink spotting when I wiped once or twice Saturday and nothing since then. I also took a test Saturday and it was negative so I’m waiting a few more days to see if my period comes before I retest.
