Symphasis Pubis Disfunction (SPD)

I’ve been having pain in my vaginal pelvic area for several weeks and wasn’t sure what it was. My doctor treated me for a severe yeast infection but it wasn’t really solving my discomfort.

My husband did a google search this afternoon and came across this- does anyone else have this?

The more I read about this the more I feel like my symptoms are aligning perfectly with it.

I guess I’m just looking for any tips or tricks to ease the pain or even exercises that could help? Anyone out there had this problem?
