I am considering labiaplasty

Im 17 and I’ll be 18 in July. Prices are around $4,000 to $6,000 and I don’t understand how this works but does insurance cover apart of this? And how does paying medical bills even work? Do you pay that amount up front? Do you make monthly payments and what would they do if you didn’t make those monthly payments?

I want this because it gets in the way, it hurts and it’s itchy and I get very self conscious. It also gets in the way during sex and will get shoved into my vagina.
