Tension in my neck
I have so much tension in my neck and shoulders that it’s giving me a headache. I’ve tried migraine medicine and it didn’t help. Usually it helps with all my headaches 🙃 please give me suggestions.
I do have muscle relaxers because this has been a problem before but it was way worse. I couldn’t turn my head to the left. I don’t want to take them unless I absolutely have to because if I majorly need to and don’t have them I’ll be in pain.
