Day 4 of Positive OPKs?!

I am on Day 4 of positive LH surge results. I posted earlier and most agreed that it's only the 1st positive opk result that you should rely on. However, as I've been updating the app with these positive OPKs, Glow keeps shifting my ovulation date later which is making me nervous and confused.
Anyone else had this issue?

I’ve gotten up to 7 days in a row of positive OPK’s before, which is common in women with PCOS which I have

I had peak opks from oct 25-27. I believe its after the first peak you can estimate itll be the following day. Your surge may just be long and still occur during ovulation

This is from this morning so...while still strong, I am actually thrilled to see it fading a bit! 😂
Hoping that Nov 2 Ovulation prediction was correct. We BD Oct 30, 31 and Nov 1, 2, and 3...I feel like we should be ok?
1st positive surge was on Nov 1.
