Do you wear a belly band with full panel maternity pants?

This may be a silly question..lol 
I have a b belly and a fupa and I would love to round them out some so I don’t just look fat. I see a lot of people talk about full panel maternity pants and that what I wear but they still don’t round me out like I would like. 
I see people talk about belly bands but I’m confused as to whether people wear them with full panel jeans?

Yeah I do sometimes. Sometimes it feels better and also helps round out my belly a little more.

I just wear baby doll cut tops. It helps to emphasize the upper belly but hides the rest (below belly button). I also like over the belly tights and dresses with belts under breast. Does the trick!

The belly band is to wear with regular jeans so you can unbutton & it keeps them up & concealed until you’re big enough to wear maternity pants

The full panel maternity pants I hate in general. But I did get a pair of belly bands from amazon and they are snug without constructing me or making me feel uncomfortable and I feel like it definitely “keeps me together” and makes me feel smoother.
