Disciplining

How do you stop your toddler from biting, hitting and kicking? She learnt it from the playground and just won’t stop. We”ve tried saying nice and gentle/ instead of biting we should give a hug / hugs and kisses. We also tell her let’s talk, put her to sit and have a conversation. We tell her when she hits someone it makes them sad and it hurts.

Also, she doesn’t listen to anything I say. For example, we were at the washroom in the mall, she kept touching the wall. I tried all sorts of ways to have her stop but she just kept laughing. I was firm, I went to her level, I told her there’s germs everywhere.
