Help Postpartum period..

So I’m 6 months pp exclusively breastfeeding and haven’t yet had a period or cramps of any kind. The past couple days I’ve had a cream discharge and little period like cramps. Today the cramps were super bad probably the worst I’ve ever had super painful and all day. No period...🤔I have unprotected sex 4 months pp.

Super frustrating as i keep getting paranoid it may be my period so I’m wearing a padd. Ladies just wondering if anyone had period cramps while breastfeeding but no period? Yes I know I could be pregnant but wanting to know other ladies experiences with pp period/cramps.
