Anemia

So I’m anemic, I lost a lot of blood during birth which left my Hemoglobin levels at 73, they was going to do a blood transfusion but ended up giving me an iron injection through the drip which was only 30 minutes. I’m now to take iron tablets twice a day for 3 months. I’ve only recently started getting really bad chest pains to the point where I have to concentrate on how to breath it gets really tight like someone’s stood on my chest and like someone is choking me. I get waves of nausea which stop me from eating and I get really bad migraines like someone is squeezing my head in a vice. Is this all normal or should I be going to the hospital?!!

They said they was unsure if I had a heart murmur and to go see the doctor but I can’t get an appointment for 2 weeks, honestly when this pain comes I feel like I’m having a heart attack. I’m scared it’s something more serious like sepsis or infection anyone else experience This?
