Anyone’s little one refused to cooperate?

I had my anatomy scan yesterday at 22 weeks and 4 days. My boy refused to cooperate for her. I have to go back in so they can look at his spine and they couldn’t yesterday because he was curled up in a ball 😂 (super stubborn already like his dad; he did this at 16 week to) the tech did everything to get him to move he just waved at her and stayed in fetal position. He had no problem showing her he was indeed a boy but wouldn’t show anything else. I am not mad because I get to see him again and get more pictures but I am worried he won’t be active again and the doctor would like to do it before I am 24 weeks. What can I do to make sure he is awake and more active ?

I ate plenty before I went. The tech mentioned instead of sugary stuff try protein next time 🧐
