Help me!! Is this normal?

My baby was tongue tied so it made feeding so hard, we finally got it cut and he’s currently 2 weeks. Is this a normal bruised cracked nipped?! How can I heal it while continuing feeding!?

Put some breast milk on it and let it air dry, and you can use a nipple shield until it heals, and they also have nipple cream

Not normal, my son is lip tied and tongue tied and mine are only lightly pink. 
Use a nipple shield and work on baby’s latch.

I had to use shields for the first 7 weeks because my son would break me open and I would bleed. Earth Mama Nipple Butter was my favorite cream and worked really well for healing. Hang in there, it gets easier!

It can take a while after a tongue tie release :( my nipples are so sore at the moment ! Get yourself to a lactation consultant so they can help you teach your little one to feed better now they have their tongue free ❤️
