Overthinking ???

So I’ve been hanging out and hooking up with this one dude from work. He’s been kinda acting weird after weeks of showing more affection and what not. I get off slightly after him, and if I post anything on my instagram or Snapchat stories after work he doesn’t see them until the next morning.

Tonight he was clearly in no rush to leave work. I even saw him stop to get a snack. I posted stuff of my stories but he hasn’t seen them. I SO wanted to text him earlier asking if he wanted to hang out after work, but since he’s been sort of mia I was given advice to wait until he texts me. I guess I’m just overthinking that he’s hanging w someone else after work. But I know him. He’s usually super tired after work and will just go home and knock out, like he does any other day. Without looking at my stories. We’re supposed to do something w coworkers Thursday but I want to hit him up tomorrow to hang out, but idk if I should. I’m trying to have him hit me up first, if that even really does work ? Am I overthinking all of this?? Any help!!
