Reduced intake after shots.

My son was taking right at 6oz before his 2mo vaccinations , for about 1.5 weeks. After his vaccines he would barely take 4 but has slowly climbed to 5 after a little over a week. Is this normal? His poop changed from dark green and runny, to dark green and thicker , and now it’s yellow and seedy most of the time. He’s been acting normal and is a happy baby but I’m concerned because everything I’ve read says feeding changes should only last 3 days. He’s in 35th percentile for weight, the 90th for height and his ped says he wasn’t over eating, he was just eating on the high side?
