Have you or anyone you know conceived while on the pill AND using condoms? (Both taken correctly)

I’ve seen 1 or 2 women on here who claim that have gotten pregnant while on the pill (taken perfectly without antibiotics), using condoms, and pulling out! How is that even possible? It makes me very anxious because I’m 17 and sexually active and I use all of these forms of birth control. Should I be worried? It’s happened to these couple of women before so I guess it could happen to me! This makes me want to stop having sex completely lmao my anxiety is THROUGH THE ROOF!
