Meal ideas?

I’m looking for some easy, quickly made lunch and dinner ideas for my LO. She has a soy allergy, so it can make it hard sometimes. Picture of my little monkey with today’s before and after lunch mess included for fun. 😂

My babe LOVES fish sticks. Deli meats (turkey, roast beef, corned beef) with cheese and crackers, beans and rice, quesadilla, grilled cheese, breakfast for lunch (eggs, pancakes, sausage, etc.).

If you're near Trader Joe's, they have a few pastas made from bean flour (red lentil, black bean, chickpea) that are easy but have more protein and iron than wheat pasta!
