Always snacking...

Idk why I always feel the desire to eat. When I have a meal I usually get full pretty fast, but then an hour later I want to eat again. Sometimes I’m actually so hungry that I feel dizzy (even when I ate like 2 hours ago or something...) but sometimes it honestly just feels like I’m doing it for comfort or to satisfy a craving.

I should clarify, I’m not overweight AT ALL... I’m actually very underweight (good metabolism I guess?) and I could actually benefit from gaining a few pounds, so I really don’t want to stop myself from eating when I’m hungry?

But honestly I’m just running out of snacks 😂 I work in an office all day so not like I can cook or anything. I also have gluten and dairy allergies so my options are limited 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m just kinda getting sick of granola bars, gluten free pretzels, and peanut butter on crackers.

Suggestions for easy, healthy snacks to bring to the office?
