sad news.

*not triggering just dramatic* y’all. I’m 39+6. Today I got checked for the first time. My midwife said BARELY 1CM. She wouldn’t even give me the full 1 lol. I know I could still go into labor any day now, but it just made me sad. I’ve had a lonely pregnancy and I’m just so anxious these days and I’m ready to meet my daughter and have my best friend. She’s so stubborn bc in all of her ultrasounds she covers her face lol and today she just kept her face against the umbilical cord and we couldn’t get a good picture. It’s so emotionally draining the last few days, especially when you are just ready to have your baby 🥺☹️ I made my next appointment for Monday morning and I will NOT leave that hospital without a baby.
