Foggy head feeling

I’m 33wks this weekend and I’ve been experiencing like a foggy head feeling lately
I am high risk for preterm birth and already dilating and effacing- don’t know if it’s related or not
Anyone else experiencing a fog type of feeling at all?!
I also could just be literally exhausted too, this is baby 6 for me and my youngest is only just turned 10mths old
