Being induced???

Insurance question! I’m 35 weeks ftm. Just had an appointment and baby girl is way down in position ( which would explain my extreme pressure). Doctor didn’t check me, but did say that i have the option to be induced Around 38-39 weeks. Since that would be considered “elective” do you think insurance would cover? Since it’s not medically necessary or anything?

I’d love to be Induced early since I’m so uncomfortable but I don’t want a huge bill!

Any mamas chose to be induced early???

I’m going to obviously call my insurance company, just wanted some insight! I have Highmark btw!
