Otc Zantac alternative

The medicine Zantac my son was taking for his gerd was recalled. I got ahold of his ped office and they told me that the clinic should offer an alternative, so I got ahold of the clinic and they said they cannot give me anything without a prescription (which I figured that’s what they would tell me). So I called the dr office back and spoke with the nurse again and she said she would speak to the doctor and call me back. Well she never called back and the office is closed and does not open back up until Monday and now I am stuck with baby who is screaming in pain, refusing to eat, and spitting up all over the place. Does anybody know anything I can give him?? I feel absolutely awful seeing my baby like this. 😭😭😭😭😭
