WORST headache

Guys right before I went to bed last night I got the WORST splitting headache. I didn’t take anything for it Bc usually sleep would take care of it. But every single time I woke up last night it was still there and still jarring.

This morning it’s still there, but it’s lessened up. I took some Tylenol to see if that would help about 15 minutes ago.. still waiting on that.

But should I call the doctor at all in regards to this? Or should I just wait to see if the medicine helps?
