Pregnancy after Ectopic removal

I just found out that I am pregnant, no idea how far along as my husband and I used condoms and were not actively trying like we were with our first. I just had to have an ectopic pregnancy removed in August and had the methotrexate shot prior to the surgery. My concern is the suggested wait time for conceiving post shot is supposedly 3 months to make sure the medication has passed out of your body so it doesn’t affect baby. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after getting pregnant this soon after the shot? Based on my last period I would be 6 weeks along meaning we conceived about a month after methotrexate. Of course I will be making an appointment with my doctor when they open on Monday, but hoping someone can put my mind at ease in the meantime.
