fall while pregnant.

i’m 22 (almost 23) weeks pregnant with my twins. earlier i was getting ready to go out and slipped on something on the floor. i caught the door handle and mostly fell on my leg and butt. but i haven’t felt my twins move since the fall. it was about an hour ago now. i’m not cramping or anything. nothing hurts. and i didn’t hit my belly. should my babies be okay? should i call the doctor?
