No help

So I’m 19 my bf is 21, I just had our daughter almost 3 weeks ago and because we are young and financially not able to live together just yet (we both live with our families for now) he only comes over on weekends. He works very long hours on weekdays . Every time he comes he doesn’t even help or help me feed her or change her he just sits on my bed and watches. He also doesn’t let me get any sleep. Yes I know he’s tired from work but a baby is a 24:7 job . I haven’t gotten any rest and he sleeps thru her cryinf when he spends the night forcing me to do everything . He doesn’t even really hold her he says he doesn’t know what to do.. he does provide everything we need and much more but I need help !! He isn’t even acting like a father ): he is about to come over now and just texted me “imma eat then come over and go back to sleep “ ?!? Like wtf he already planning on not helping me.
