Brown discharge at 7 weeks and progesterone

I’m 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twins ,I have a history of miscarriage at 6 months also twins ,yesterday morning when I’ve wiped I noticed brown discharge,it was only once ,we went to a hospital very quickly,my tests are very good no problems ,bleeding stopped at the same day ,also the doctor told me to take progesterone,as she wasn’t sure why I was bleeding and then suddenly stopped,will this medicine harm my baby ?This is a picture of the discharge.
