12 week miscarriage plz help me?!?

Started spotting light pink only when I wipe today... went to er to get checked ultrasound guy said it wasn’t his specialty (also emptied bladder previous to ultrasound)

He said there was heaps of movement and his pretty certain he seen the heartbeat and fetus. Said my uterus is definitely impregnated... and congratulated my hubby and I.

Literally 10 mins later the dr walks in and tells me I’ve miscarried because my hcg levels have dropped and are as low as a 6 week fetus would be.

I already have a ultrasound (12week) booked for tomorrow he said to go and confirm miscarriage and we will go from there.

Has anyone got positive stories like this to help me out ??
