Bloody sex

So my husband and I had sex last night since the first time finding out we were pregnant (I'm about 7-8 weeks) and when done it looked like a murder scene, like so much blood. Needed to shower and change the sheets. It wasnt clotty, and the bleeding basically stopped after, I didnt need a pad or anything. So of course I scour the internet, which suggests it can be normal? But wondering if anyone else experienced this? Did you go on to have a healthy pregnancy and sex life? 😬

Edit to add: I have an appointment with my OB on thursday, and I can talk to them too then - but wondering about others experiences with it too
