Anyone else having small issues

Last night went to the er due to some light bleeding . The baby is ok but I have a small 2cm by 1cm bleed on the outside of the sac. I’m 12+5 and rh- they gave me rhoGAM. Iv had it before but this is the first time iv had a bleed like this. It is scaring me that I did something to cause this but yet at the same time I don’t know how I even could have. I am doing everything my dr is telling me since I am high risk already. I see my high risk dr tomorrow to see that they want to happen. Just curious if anyone else has had small bleeds.
