Timed intercourse or IUI?

This is my first cycle on letrozole, days 2-7, 5 mg.

My husband has semi low sperm counts at 14 million. His motility and morphology are also like 1% below what is considered normal. He’s has been taking supplements to help this but he hasn’t been re checked since.

Im curious if doing timed intercourse would be silly at this point, we’ve been trying for 2 years, i ovulate on my own but i have endometriosis and PCOS.

Anyone have any insight on this??
