period 10 days early ??

so last night around 12:30 i started getting a weird feeling in my tummy so i got up to use the bathroom and first wipe i saw a little bit of blood and then second wipe there was nothing . so this morning the same thing happened . Usually if it was my period i would be much heavier than this . so comments on what it could be ??

also to add to this my nipples have been hurting like crazy and some foods that i eat now that i love make me puke :(

any comment would really help . nothing rude though .
