Yall, I have about HAD IT with my MIL *rant*

This woman is on my last nerve I swear. She has made it clear to my husband that she dislikes me (probably bc my family doesn't have money), which fine whatever, but she is OBSESSED with my daughter. Now, I get it, it's her only grandchild and she loves her, but it's beyond that. She went out the other day and bought the outfit she insists she wears for christmas, despite me saying I wanted to pick her first christmas outfit. She insists that we spend Christmas day with her, even though I've said I want to create my own christmas traditions and would be willing to spend Christmas eve at her house, but that's not good enough for her. All of that combined with the fact that whenever she holds Clara, she REFUSES to give her back to the point of straight up telling me to sit down because "she's not crying" when I ask for my child back, I would be happy if I never saw this crazy woman again. 😩 I wish grandparents would learn that they had their shot at parenting and respect boundaries.
