Endometriosis?

Hi everyone! I just want to start off by saying that I know that I should be reaching out to a doctor/specialist to get diagnosed which I do have an appointment in the next couple of days but I’m so nervous about this so I just want some of you guys’s personal opinions. I think I may have endometriosis but I’m not exactly sure honestly. My symptoms are

-painful periods (I get pain in my lower abdomen and lower back during my period but they only 3 the first 3 days of my period like clockwork. After the 3rd day everything is back to normal)

-irregular periods (my periods never start on the same day of every month and they dont last for the same times either but I do get them every month)

-pain during/after sex ( my lower region will hurt so bad after sex that we cant even get in a round two and it lasts for a couple of days as well)

-unexplained infertility (my SO and I have been trying since August but I have not been able to get pregnant at all and we honestly don’t know why)

Please I’m just asking for advice or anything based off of your personal experience. I’m also a diabetic and I’m gonna be honest my blood sugars are not controlled but I’m working on it now.
