Quick question... I’m nervous

My boyfriend and I had sex yesterday and when we were done, we noticed that there was some cum at the bottom of the condom. I don’t know if it came in contact with me, like if it came out of the condom or not but I’m kind nervous. I got off my period about 5 days ago so, and I have been forgetting to log in my app, so my ovulation dates are probably off. Help... should I take plan b?
