Weight Loss
So in my teens I was always slim with a muffin top. Literally at 130 and 5’9 I still had a pouch I’ve never had a flat stomach in my life. My weight was always 140-150 but before I got pregnant I was around 180-190 I was happy with the weight because I was working out 3-4 times a week and looked better. I lost about 10-15 lbs during my pregnancy and was 165-175 for most of my pregnancy by the time I gave birth I was 190. Now 8 months postpartum I’m 211 and can’t shed any weight. I literally hate my body and won’t even take pictures anymore because of it. I work 40+ hours a week and go to school full time with little to no help during the weekdays to even try and workout and the help I get on the weekends is because I have classes. I really don’t know what to do I’m on a tight budget literally like $120 a month for groceries so i try to buy healthy foods and I drink 48-72 oz of water a day. I’m just really struggling at this point and have no idea what to do.
