Stress Eating
My stress eating is getting worse. I was a middle school and high school athlete until my parents switch me to homeschool. At the beginning of the year i started eating having more than just seconds after dinner I started eating up to 4-5 plates. I have been wanting more than one snack every hour. My doctor told me my weight was abnormal for a 17 year old and that I am almost 200 pounds. I had to go to the hospital and doctor multiple times this year due to stomach pain. The doctors recommend me to go on a diet and exercise. So I have been exercising but my weight is hard to get rid of cause of my stress eating. I need advice!
