Missing strings

Hello everyone! I have the liletta iud and recently my string have gone missing. I had an ultrasound back in early September and it showed that everything was in place. I can’t get in to the doctor until next week and they don’t even seem to be concerned with possible pregnancy. I had a baby back in June so I’m pretty nervous right now. Has anyone had their strings go missing before?
