Finding out i have PCOS at 21

I found out this month that I have PCOS. At age 21 never thought I would hear this. My boyfriend has been an insane support system but I have to say is I’ve been depressed. We have been trying for almost a year and now looking for help. I’ve lost myself because I’ve been so sad. I tell myself everyday that I am going to anything and everything to make sure we have a baby! I just wanna know besides him I have the support of people. I refuse to tell my friends bc of course some 21 year olds are more mature then others! Ladies I need some supporting words!
