Half swollen down there after sex

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has ever had half of their hoo-ha swollen after sex?

It’s been a week since we’ve had sex, and things tend to get a little tighter the longer I wait. we did not have great lubrication either and it was on the rough side.

Now, I notice a little bit after that the right half of my downstairs is pretty swollen! No scratches or weird rashes. It does not hurt to pee or anything it just felt swollen so I looked and wow! Is this normal?
