Not sure if I could be pregnant?

Alright, so me and my SO slept together unprotected October 7th, and I didnt realize this was the first day of my fertile window. I take birth control but I dont take it the same hour every day. He said he could have got half in me. I would take a test but its only been one day after my fertile window so I think it's too soon. Do you think there is a good chance I am pregnant? I have also been very moody and have had cramping, kind of like dull period cramps.
